This is a contracted role, with a view to go permanent for the right candidate.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Long-term work
Duties:
- Reception duties including, greeting guests, co-ordinate meeting requirements, refreshments and ordering lunches etc.
- Look after all meeting rooms, including booking and set up.
- Create documents for colleagues and respond to telephone and email enquiries.
- Co-ordinate and manage team diaries, organise schedules and office bookings.
- Create and upload information onto internal our systems, and databases, and maintain an efficient filing system.
- Complete general administrative tasks including filing, and photocopying as needed
- Complete additional projects as required.
- Involved in the Community Engagement with local Schools and Colleges
- Organise any extra activities ie.... Organise charity days or internal activities bake sales
- An organised and effective planner with the ability to multitask.
- An effective communicator with a positive, passionate, and engaging approach when supporting the business.
- Able to work as part of a team, and independently
- A problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions
- Analytical with great attention to detail
- Confident and demonstrate good customer service skills.
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft office packages including excel.

Payment Option: PAYE
Working Hours:
7.30am-4.30/5pm Mon-Thur
7.30am-3.30pm
