The role will lead and develop the reward strategy and have responsibility for the organisation's incentive schemes to motivate and improve productivity and performance. As the Reward Manager, you will report into the People Director and support the people team with Reward related issues, you will manage the annual pay and bonus reviews, manage recognition schemes and benefit structures, collaborate on projects around job families, update job descriptions, manage the grading and pay structures and carry out salary benchmarking to remain competitive in the market. You will also manage the annual negotiations for life assurance, private medical, voluntary benefits and salary, finance and pensions.

Candidate profile/experience The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with working knowledge of Reward principles and previous experience of managing UK benefits programmes and be able to identify and introduce new initiatives. You will have Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and have a continuous improvement ethic. Previous experience with Workday is beneficial but not essential.
