Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Centre Manager to join our team at Reed. As a Business Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our business centre, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote our business centre services.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business centre, including managing staff, maintaining facilities, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the business centre, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Event Planning: Organize and coordinate events and activities to promote our business centre and enhance the client experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the property sector.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in business management, marketing, or a related field.
