Job Role:

  • Teaching a small class of KS3 students with complex learning needs
  • Collaborating with Teaching Assistants to provide exceptional support
  • Fostering a welcoming and nurturing classroom environment
  • Designing engaging lessons tailored to individual abilities
  • Participating in schoolwide initiatives to foster a love for learning
  • Addressing various learning needs using Makaton and PECs
