Position Overview
We have an exciting Boutique Manager vacancy at our beautiful Manchester store.

Consistently leading your department team to meet the business objectives through delivering the RL Experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build a rapport with the customer, identify their needs to Connect and Convert
  • Conclude the transaction through delivering the RL Experience
  • To consistently achieve personal sales and KPI objectives
  • To department manage the team to achieve their service, sales and KPI objectives
  • Lead and promote teamwork through contribution to a team sales objective
  • Exhibit pride through a positive demeanour, body language, personal presentation and dress standards in line with the RL expectations
  • Create and foster a database of customers through the company clientelling tool
  • Ensure ease of the customer shopping experience through product presentation and overall store maintenance
  • Actively participate in all merchandising activities including but not limited to daily stock maintenance, replenishment, product transfers, folding and floor changeovers in line RL standards
  • Communicate product and customer feedback to managers and head office
  • Deliver team meetings and training that inform, motivate and inspire the teams
  • Give direction and guidance to the team in the absence of a manager and or when requested to do so People leadership
  • Create an inclusive working environment with a client-centric mindset
  • Through team management and visible presence ensures Ralph Lauren's standards are achieved
  • Unlock talent that supports career progression of the team
  • Drive high performance culture by holding the team accountable for agreed results Operations
  • Manage inventory flow to minimise shrink loss through operational excellence
  • Lead floor recovery, ensuring price and size integrity
  • Manage and maintain a safe work environment for clients and employees by complying with all company policies and procedures
Experience, Skills & Knowledge

WHO YOU ARE

  • Energetic, passionate and results driven
  • Experienced leader
  • 1 year strategic cycle in a department/floor managerial role or equivalent
  • Clientelling knowledge desired but not essential
  • Slower paced and personal retail sale
  • Building relationships with customers
