Overall Objective:

  • To support the business/project administration function covering a variety of administrative tasks set by the Commercial and Delivery leadership teams
  • To manage own time to enable specific responsibilities to be undertaken in line with other team members deadlines and to the accuracy required
  • To support commercial teams in the implementation of the systems and processes used in Commercial Control and Reporting in line with the company /sector procedures and Division specific requirements
  • To be proactive and professional in all duties

Key Accountabilities:

  • To provide Primary support to commercial team for live projects
  • Collate and report relevant commercial data including timesheets, procurement and site owned assets
  • Collating and formulating data for project dashboards

Work with commercial team to:

  • Manage and oversee the staff allocation and Timesheet database for completeness and accuracy
  • Ensure contractual certificates (payment, Completion, Defects etc) are in place
  • Manage the subcontract approval process
  • Monitor incoming data and maintain accurate registers

Work with finance team to maintain accurate costs, including, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining Cost accruals (GRNI's) for the framework
  • Manage the cost transfer process

General responsibilities:

  • To take a full role in the implementation of personal development through appraisals and to participate in any identified training or development opportunities
  • To action all relevant tasks required by the Commercial Manager / Managing QS in a timely and professional manner
  • To recognise the importance of fairness and equality in the workplace, to treat everyone with dignity and respect
