Role Overview: We are seeking a Lead Quantity Surveyor to join our esteemed Energy division in the North East of England. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in addressing all commercial aspects of Power, Transmission & Distribution projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of internal commercial reports and other necessary documentation.
  • Prepare Valuations/Applications for Payment, ensuring comprehensive supporting documentation aligns with contractual obligations.
  • Administer subcontractor and supplier accounts, overseeing requisitions, payment monitoring, and final account agreements.
  • Manage contract administration, including change management and maintaining relevant registers.
  • Identify commercial risks and opportunities, focusing on value engineering and change management.
  • Utilize cost allocation and coding that meets both internal and external standards.
