The team:

This Manchester Real Estate Team is one of the fastest growing in the region, climbing the rankings in the Legal Directories and being shortlisted for the NW Business Insider Property Law Firm Award for the past four years. Working for clients includes Bruntwood, Homes England, Urban & Civic, Rowlands Pharmacy, Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, and Langtree Group. The team also has a strong and expanding presence in the Health and Education sectors.

Role Overview:

You'll join a team that works both regionally and nationally, collaborating with the 5 local partners as well as other partners and teams in different offices. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of local and national clients, developing your skills and knowledge, and eventually running your own transactions with appropriate supervision and training.

Key Responsibilities:

Landlord and Tenant: Handling leases and tenancy agreements.
Asset Management: Managing and enhancing client property portfolios.
Freehold and Leasehold Transactions: Facilitating property acquisitions and disposals.
Development Agreements: Drafting and negotiating contracts for property development.
Investment Work: Managing property investments and related activities.
Corporate Real Estate: Supporting corporate clients with their real estate needs.
Due Diligence: Conducting thorough due diligence for corporate acquisitions.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Newly qualified to 2 years' PQE in Real Estate.
Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong lateral thinking and problem-solving abilities. Effective time and matter management, flexibility to work with multiple partners and team members.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence and persuade. Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and potential clients.
Business Development: Involved in business development from the outset, with support to develop your networking skills and contacts.
