Position Overview:

The Real Estate Investment Banking division at Phaidon International is seeking a dedicated and talented individual to fill the role of Real Estate Investment Banking Associate. This position offers a unique opportunity for a candidate with a strong interest in real estate finance, capital markets, and advisory services. The Associate will be integral to the team, managing a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and strategic advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis and valuation of real estate properties and firms.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch books, marketing collateral, and client presentations.
  • Conduct industry research and analysis to support transaction execution and business development initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to facilitate transaction structuring and valuation.
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members to oversee deal processes and client engagements.
  • Participate in due diligence efforts and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful transaction execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate finance, or related fields.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in the real estate sector and capital markets.
