Position Overview

Oyster is collaborating with a dynamic Real Estate Investment and Management firm, specializing in the Co-Living sector.

We are seeking to appoint a Real Estate Investment Associate who will closely collaborate with the executive leadership as the company pursues substantial growth across Europe, with a focus on markets in Italy and Spain.

This role involves working alongside another Associate within a streamlined team, managing significant institutional capital for investment, and leveraging a robust pipeline of ongoing projects.

Core Responsibilities

· Evaluating investment prospects ranging from individual properties to extensive diversified portfolios.

· Developing and sustaining financial models to assess investment opportunities.

· Conducting deal underwriting and performing comprehensive market analysis.

Qualifications

· 1-3 years of experience as an Investment Associate in Real Estate, ideally with a background in private equity.

· Proficient in financial modeling and capable of identifying inherent risks associated with investments.

· Strong understanding of investment frameworks and return assessments.

· Exceptional attention to detail.

· Degree in Mathematics or Economics from a prestigious university.

· Proficiency in Spanish or Italian is required.

Compensation

· Competitive salary up to £60,000 plus additional benefits.
