Digital Marketing Manager, Premier

Join us as a Digital Marketing Manager
- This role within the Premier Marketing team in Retail Bank Marketing will see you delivering our digital marketing activity in line with acquisition goals, as well as supporting with the optimisation of live campaigns
- You'll be delivering marketing activity to support the Premier segment growth strategy while working closely with teams across marketing and wider business stakeholders to deliver campaigns to meet defined objectives

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be our key digital contact for stakeholders, and working within a scrum, you'll make sure that the digital agenda is given full consideration in the creative development of campaigns. You'll make sure that all activity supports the wider customer obsessed, commercial and brand objectives. You'll also be supporting the delivery of digital campaign briefs, while identifying and mitigating against risks to delivery.
Your role will also involve:
- Acting as an expert with the end-to-end production, management and execution of digital initiatives
- Working closely with the Digital Programme Lead to support with the delivery of paid digital campaigns across multiple channels such as paid search, affiliates, programmatic, and paid social
- Managing the marketing owned Premier webpages, including content development, page navigation, tracking and optimisation
- Ensuring effective end-to-end measurement and reporting on all campaigns, aligning closely to key objectives and key results
- Managing campaign deliverables for delivering against the brief at all stages of the campaign, and managing sign offs
- Working closely with colleagues across Marketing to ensure all messaging is accurate and aligned with the bank's wider agenda
- Carrying out regular A/B testing to make sure the most effective creative messaging is used in all channels
- Utilising segmentation and data to deliver targeted and personalised campaigns
We're looking for someone with some experience in digital marketing along with experience of planning, delivering and optimising digital activity across paid search, programmatic, paid social and affiliate channels. You'll bring fresh thinking and creativity to your work, collaborating with your colleagues to plan and deliver impactful campaigns that engage customers in the most effective way.
You'll also demonstrate:
- Technical experience of setting up tracking, measuring and optimising digital campaigns across web and multiple paid digital channels and use of digital analytics tools such as Adobe
- Proficiency in analytics and data management
- Experience of managing campaign approvals with compliance and legal teams
- Budget management experience
- Collaborative approach to working with teams within marketing and building stakeholder relationships
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and experience of coordinating multiple tasks and priorities
