- You'll be delivering marketing activity to support the overall Everyday Banking and Short-term Borrowing strategy while working closely with teams across marketing and wider business stakeholders to deliver campaigns to meet defined objectives
- Joining a collaborative and influential team who operate in a fast moving environment, you can expect lots of variety and great visibility for you and your work.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be our key digital contact for stakeholders, and working within a scrum, you'll make sure that the digital agenda is given full consideration in the creative development of campaigns.
You'll make sure that all activity supports the wider customer obsessed, commercial and brand objectives. You'll also be supporting the delivery of digital campaign briefs, while identifying and mitigating against risks to delivery.
Your role will also involve:
- Acting as an expert with the end-to-end production, management and execution of digital initiatives
- Working closely with the Digital Programme Lead to support with the delivery of paid digital campaigns across multiple channels such as paid search, affiliates, programmatic, and paid social
- Ensuring effective end-to-end measurement and reporting on all campaigns, aligning closely to key objectives and key results
- Managing campaign deliverables for delivering against the brief at all stages of the campaign, and managing sign offs
- Working closely with colleagues across Marketing to ensure all messaging is accurate and aligned with the bank's wider agenda
- Carrying out regular A/B testing to make sure the most effective creative messaging is used in all channels
- Utilising segmentation and data to deliver targeted and personalised campaigns
We're looking for someone with a successful background in digital marketing and experience of planning, delivering and optimising digital activity across paid search, programmatic, paid social and affiliate channels. You'll bring fresh thinking and creativity to your work, collaborating with your colleagues to plan and deliver impactful campaigns that engage customers in the most effective way.
You'll also demonstrate:
- Technical experience of setting up tracking, measuring and optimising digital campaigns across multiple paid digital channels and use of digital analytics tools such as Adobe
- Proficiency in analytics and data management
- Experience of managing campaign approvals with compliance and legal teams
- Budget management experience
- Collaborative approach to working with teams within marketing and building stakeholder relationships
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and experience of coordinating multiple tasks and priorities
