Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute paid social strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead and collaborate with the wider paid social and digital team to align strategy
- Expertly plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms
- Liaise with the wider digital team to ensure strategy alignment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest paid social trends, best practices, and platform updates
- Proven experience in paid social advertising, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
