Student Futures Administrator

We are seeking to appoint a Student Futures Administrator, who will directly support the administration needs of Student Futures, including Careers and Employability, Alumni and UK Recruitment. The role will provide marketing and promotion of employment and recruitment events, volunteering and job opportunities using a variety of social media and CRM platforms and be responsible for Graduate Outcomes administration. The successful candidate will also handle financial generic email accounts. Other tasks include taking the minutes at team meetings and providing administrative support for SALA, Hope Works, Hope Internships, Open and Applicant days.
Candidates should process high-quality people and communication skills, both verbally and written and be capable of providing first contact information to applicants, students, graduates, employers and all levels of university staff. They should be able to demonstrate experience of working in a busy administrative capacity, preferably with an up-to-date knowledge of the Higher Education sector and be capable of organising their work efficiently.
Please note the closing date for applications is Monday19th August 2024 by 5.00 p.m. and interviews will be held Wednesday 28th August. The post is permanent, subject to the normal probationary period of twelve months.
This is a permanent appointment subject to 12 months probationary period.
