  • Collaborate with our IT Vendor Manager to gain hands-on experience with project support, project and contract finance administration, and managing supplier relationships.

What You'll Do
  • Work closely with our IT Vendor Manager to provide project support, including project and contract finance administration.
  • Support in the project lifecycle of IT initiatives by liaising with stakeholders and project teams to understand business needs.
  • Engage with the purchase order process using Oracle finance systems, maintain the IT Service Catalogue, and assist in reporting monthly on operational expenditure (OPEX).

We're looking for a 2nd-year student, ideally pursuing a computer-related course that requires a 12-month placement, starting July 2025. A base level of theoretical and practical knowledge in IT is essential. Retail work experience is advantageous but not essential. Self-motivated and committed to developing your skills, embracing opportunities for growth and learning. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, to assist in data management and reporting.
