We are looking for a Patient Support Programmes Partner to join us in our UK & Ireland Immunology team, field based covering the North of the UK & Ireland

About the role

Patient Experience is a critical strategic lever as patients are demanding more from their healthcare experience & want their care virtually at their own convenience. Providing the best individual experience to patients will mean delivering services and solutions at key stages of the patient journey which are driven by their needs. All solutions need to be data led capturing the outcomes that matter the most to the patient and the NHS and has become a critical component of the medicines value proposition.

As a result, optimising the Patient Experience of our medicines and services will play a fundamental role in realising our British Isles and Ireland patient value ambition through increasing integration within healthcare ecosystems and delivering meaningful patient outcomes.

You will report into the Patient Experience Lead for UK & Ireland

What you'll do

  • To take the lead in removing any local barriers to the onboarding and uptake of patients to the enhanced nurse patient support programmes for immunology products
  • Within the territory geography, to partner with the UCB field force and homecare provider Business Development Managers to ensure that the service benefits are articulated consistently across the teams and that local examples of the positive impact of the patient support programmes are actively shared with key external stakeholders on a continuous basis.
  • To proactively identify opportunities for joint working partnerships in dermatology and rheumatology; to develop and execute service redesign and new innovative patient solutions to enhance the patient support programmes blueprint design; to demonstrate continuous differentiation; and, to maximise the value of these programs to patients and customers.
  • As part of the broader Patient Experience Team, proactively bring new ideas and initiatives to accelerate and optimise the delivery of the 3-5-year strategic plan.

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience & knowledge of Immunology area
  • Evidence of competent & enthusiastic teamwork
  • Demonstrates national and local NHS / Irish Health System knowledge
  • Demonstrates detailed product / competitor knowledge
