What you'll be doing:
- Assist with scoping model requirements and provide SME modelling expertise, establishing and maintaining relationships across stakeholder groups
- Deliver estimating products utilizing a range of tools, techniques, and methodologies
- Communicate estimate and complex risk modelling data to key members of the project, programme, and SDA leadership clearly and effectively
- Deliver complex cost estimates using the Alliance Cost Modelling System (ACMS), including the Alliance Joint Cost Model (AJCM), feeder tools and PowerBI
- Act as the key focal point for Industry Partner (BAES, Rolls Royce) cost modelling and data assurance
- Apply correlation techniques to deliver robust cost estimates for effective analysis
Your skills and experiences:- Experience in collaborating with Senior Stakeholders
- Experience of delivering Cost estimations
- Experience in Cost assurance and analysis
- Ideally a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in cost estimation
- Knowledge of the UK Defence Sector & Submarines Enterprise would be advantageous

The Dreadnought Alliance Finance team:
Join our team supporting the high-value and complex Dreadnought Programme. As a Commercial Estimating Manager, you will be pivotal in the Annual Budgeting Cycle (ABC), business case/investment approval points, and various ad-hoc estimating and modelling tasks. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Estimating, providing essential guidance to the Dreadnought Alliance (DNA), Industry Partners, and key stakeholders. We offer relocation support across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
