This is a varied and interesting post working in a highly successful and busy conference and events office, dealing with event enquiries and bookings, liaising with clients and producing function sheets, quotations and contracts. As well as being a team-player, you must be pro-active, efficient, calm under pressure and able to meet strict deadlines and respond to enquiries in a timely manner. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, together with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic are also pre-requisites. A proficient user of IT, and knowledge of the Kinetics conferencing software system would be an advantage. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
