THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL ROLE DESIGNED FOR A RECENT SCHOOL OR COLLEGE LEAVER
We have an exciting opportunity for a modern apprentice administrator. This is a new position, and we are looking for the successful candidate to develop the role. It will be varied, challenging, and rewarding. No Primary Care experience is required as full training and support will be provided.
The successful candidate will· Provide administration support for patients, staff, and the wider health board
· Roles include the following, though not exhaustive;o Telephoneo General administrationo Online administrationo Prescription managemento Providing secretarial serviceso Registering and deducting patients
·All the above must be carried out within a data protection and confidentiality environment.
What will I learn?
You will learn about data protection, storing and receiving data, diary management, how to use our IT and Database systems. You will also learn how to communicate in a busy office environment, how to manage your workload and customer service skills.
