We are currently recruiting for an International Affiliate & Partnership Assistant

Role Overview

The international affiliate and partnership marketing assistant reports to the international affiliate and partnership coordinator, working closely with the rest of the digital marketing team and wider teams across the business from marketing and design to trade and buying. The role is responsible for supporting the International Affiliate and Partnership Coordinator with the day-to-day running of the affiliate marketing and partnership channels for international territories with a focus on France, Ireland and Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan relevant marketing activity for EU markets to support trading calendar and deliver KPIs.

- Develop the Dutch affiliate programme with International Affiliate and Partnership Coordinator and affiliate agency.

- Approve affiliate partners to join our EU programmes.

- Work closely with influencer agency to develop creator campaigns in Netherlands.

- Actively identify new content creators to increase Space NK's active partnership based in France, Ireland and Netherlands.

- Ensure all content creator gifting is sent out to a high standard, in line with marketing calendar.

- Build strong direct relationships with key affiliate partners and creators in EU markets.

- Brief assets in Dutch for all relevant marketing collateral, ensuring best-in-class content for each specific marketing channel including affiliate, paid social and PPC.

- Work with the design team to brief, sign off and send any bespoke creative assets required for affiliate partners.

- Support the International coordinator with regular reporting.

- Support the digital marketing team with other adhoc activity where required

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:

Fluent in Dutch - An interest in affiliate marketing and its impact within the full marketing mix

- A passion for influence marketing

- High attention to detail

- Excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills

- Excellent analytical and numerical skills

- A problem-solving approach

- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively

- The ability to prioritise and use initiative

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
