A not-for-profit organisation delivering into the health and social care sectors across the North West, impacting important social issues, delivering empathetic and practical solutions with positive tangible results to the local communities they serve.

Your new role

You will be responsible for setting up and delivering the organisation's digital marketing strategy via yourself and a direct report as they embark on an ambitious program to overhaul their digital offering, accelerating band awareness, lead generation and recruitment conversions.

Delivering into Head of Marketing, you will take a commercial approach managing a variety of tasks, projects and change in a fast-moving environment.

Managing internal and external stakeholders, you will devise a comprehensive plan and convert it into practical delivery through a suite of creative channels and targeted video marketing activity to drive website traction using social media channels, video, podcast and targetted email campaigns.

What you'll need to succeed

Effective Communication:
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Independence and Collaboration:
Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team, using initiative and sound judgement.

Social Media Campaigns:
Proven experience of running successful paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Digital Strategy:


Skilled in developing, implementing, and evaluating impactful digital and social media marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.


Project Management:
Demonstrates success in project management, overseeing cross-functional content and campaigns.

Organisational Skills:
Excellent time-management abilities, prioritising conflicting demands with precision and attention to detail.

Creative Content Production:
Proficient in basic graphic design software (e.g., Storykit, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to create engaging written and visual content.

Data Protection and Compliance:
Understands data protection legislation and applies this knowledge in the workplace.

Content Distillation:
Able to distil complex subjects into digestible content for diverse audiences.

Alignment with Organisational Goals:
Translates organisational and marketing objectives into effective digital marketing activities and tactics.

Microsoft Office Proficiency:
Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Desirable Skills:

CMS Platforms:
Familiarity with WordPress, Drupal, or similar content management systems.

Videography and Animation:
Experience in videography and animation or a strong interest in developing these skills.

Marketing Platforms:
Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social).

Digital Trends:
Stays informed about the latest digital trends, including animation, video, audio, and podcasts.
