Business Performance Analyst
Stafford (hybrid working available)

We have an exciting new opportunity available to join our Digital E-trade Motor Underwriting team as a Business Performance Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with our Underwriters and various departments to provide MI, Data, and performance analysis to support decision-making and process improvement. You will be responsible for regular reporting, trend identification, ad-hoc projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Produce detailed, accurate, and timely MI and documentation using suitable tools and techniques
  • Prepare and organize data for business planning and reporting
  • Analyze Motor data to identify trends, variances, and issues for senior management decision-making
  • Collaborate with the pricing team to develop pricing recommendations and review product behaviors post-implementation
  • Evaluate existing processes for enhancements and efficiency improvements
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to improve reporting and knowledge sharing

What We're Looking For:
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (including Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical abilities
  • Capability to interpret data and its business implications
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of BI reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau and SQL is a plus
