You will assist in the delivery of an excellent, customer focused HR Service that provides advice, guidance and support on the full range of people related matters across the Organisation. This will be done by working collaboratively as a key member of the HR Team.

You will comply and act in accordance with relevant legislation, Platfform Policies and Procedures, including Code of Conduct, Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, Data Protection and Information Security.

What will you be doing?

  • Reporting to the People Partner and providing administration support to the People Team, you will assist in the delivery of a quality People Service to colleagues at all levels within Platfform.
  • You will provide an effective and efficient service to both internal and external customers ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • You will provide day to day administrative support to the People Team which will include:
  • Ensuring our HR Systems are maintained and updated effectively and efficiently
  • Assist in the processing and filing of electronic documents relating to all Platfform employees
  • Develop and prepare meaningful analytical reports as required
  • Effectively respond competently and independently to queries and requests for information and advice both internally and externally
  • Receive and respond to internal and external telephone calls and emails, as a first point of contact for the Recruitment shared email inbox delegating efficiently to the right person as needed
  • Assisting the People Partners with administration of the full employee engagement cycle from recruitment and onboarding through to leaver documentation and exit interview data
  • Assisting with the organising of interview dates, selection panels, venues etc as well as the preparation and distribution of interview information for interview panel
  • Maintaining a tracker spreadsheet of all advertised posts, costs (where applicable) and generate data as requested, including recording and monitoring equal opportunity statistics
  • Ensuring recruitment documentation is filed and stored appropriately
