The position of Office Manager at Perry Beeches Nursery School encompasses all aspects of Secretarial/Financial/Administration duties and will require the ability to use initiative and work with a minimum level of supervision. As the role requires daily interaction with our school community, we are looking for an individual with excellent inter-personal skills and professionalism as they will be the first point of contact for our school. We are a small school with a friendly, supportive team of staff and a highly engaged community of families. The school subscribes to a Bursary Service provided by SFS and receives fortnightly visits and currently is a member of the Birmingham Association of School Business Managers. At our last audit the school's financial management systems were found to be robust. The school encourages individual's personal development, and training on relevant systems is available. We are part of a Federation which also encompasses Marsh Hill Nursery School, led by our Executive Headteacher, Mrs H Masaun.
