About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Support/Administrator to join our client's facilities maintenance team in Fareham. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's industrial facilities, providing comprehensive administrative support, and assisting in the management of various contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for client, including documentation, record-keeping, and compliance.
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities for engineers.
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and databases relevant to contract management.
- Handle incoming inquiries and communication with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Support the procurement process, including the preparation of purchase orders and processing invoices.
- Lead in the management and delivery of contractual obligations and client expectations.
- ensure contract specific KPI's/SLA's and First-time fixes are met.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within facilities management or a similar setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of contract management principles is advantageous.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.
