Your purpose

Are you ready to take on a dynamic, fast-paced role that allows you to make a meaningful impact within Molson Coors?

Due to internal promotion, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and help shape the future of Employee Relations (ER) This role offers the chance to build strong, trusting relationships across our Sales & Manufacturing teams, upskill our managers, and drive significant operational improvements.

You'll join our HR team based in Burton on a Hybrid working model - 2 days in office & 3 days at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ER Solutions and Case Management: Provide comprehensive, pragmatic ER support to managers across all functions, handling cases related to discipline, grievances, performance capability, and sickness management. Ensure decisions are made promptly and consistently, balancing risk and maintaining our organizational ethos.
  • Change Project Support: Actively participate in change projects such as redundancies, TUPE transfers, harmonization, and integration. Ensure ER processes are executed flawlessly and contribute to shaping our policies and procedures to align with our evolving business needs.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data to inform decision-making and provide insights to HR Business Partners, helping them achieve their overall people plans. Identify key themes and trends to respond effectively and efficiently.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure legal compliance while balancing commercial risks. Liaise with employment lawyers as needed and manage tribunal claims by preparing accurate responses in collaboration with legal counsel.
  • Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate an improvement mindset by simplifying processes and ways of working, ensuring they remain effective and meaningful. Support and follow the business model to assist line managers appropriately.

  • HR qualification, e.g. CIPD Chartered Membership or progression towards it

  • Ability to balance legal compliance with commercial considerations.
