As the Service Transition Manager, you will ensure that new and changing Primark Technology solutions successfully translate into fully supported services. You will achieve this by validating that the standards and requirements for operational support have been met. What You'll Do:
In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skill sets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:Engage with the Project Manager to understand the scope of their solution.Plan and coordinate the transition activities in alignment with the project delivery lifecycle.Assist in the definition and review of support-related Statements of Work (SoW).Define the detail to align the Technology solution to the standard service model, and identify and document any exceptions as part of the Service Design.Identify operational impacting risks throughout the lifecycle of the project.Provide regular Service Transition status reporting.Identify the project documentation to be handed over to operational support teams.Coordinate the knowledge transfer to operational teams.Coordinate the activities to implement the service wrapper/model.What You'll Bring
