About the Role:

The Cambridge team is at the forefront of growth and regeneration in the region, engaging in high-profile city centre redevelopments with a strong emphasis on Science and Tech, Research and Development projects, as well as substantial mixed-use, residential, and commercial developments. This role is ideal for a recently qualified planner eager to kickstart an exciting career with a prestigious and forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage planning projects from inception to completion.Provide expert planning advice to clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals.Conduct site appraisals, research, and analysis to inform planning strategies.Liaise with local authorities, community groups, and other stakeholders.Collaborate with teams across the country on national schemes.

About You:Chartered Town Planner with RTPI membership.Recently qualified with a strong desire to advance your career.Excellent knowledge of the UK planning system, policies, and regulations.Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.A proactive approach with a passion for sustainable development and urban design.
