Company Overview:

A prominent Tier 1 Main Contractor engaged in the Commercial, Residential, Science, Healthcare, and Mixed-Use sectors is seeking to appoint a skilled and experienced Planning Operations Manager to oversee the planning division across their organization.


Current project portfolio encompasses various New Build and Refurbishment initiatives valued up to c£20m, predominantly involving 2-stage processes.


The ideal candidate will be accountable for the planning operations within the organization, collaborating closely with operational teams to manage the planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring of ongoing projects, while also engaging with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in project planning for construction initiatives valued at c£10m+
- Over 10 years of experience with main contractors in dedicated planning roles.
- A strong track record across diverse projects, with preferred experience in the Science, Healthcare, or Commercial sectors.
