The responsibilities of the Head Waiter are:
To have a good knowledge of the menu and styles of service. To be fully conversant with the table lay-up and mise-en-place prior to, during and after service. To ensure that all colleagues provide friendly, courteous, and professional service always. To promote a good team spirit and good relationships within the restaurant and the kitchen brigade.
The Experience & Qualifications required of our Head Waiter are:
Significant experience in a similar position. Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member's club advantageous.
