  • Process invoices
  • AP Mailbox - work through emails, responding to queries within timely manner
  • Weekly Payment Runs
  • Processing payments
  • Reviewing and processing credit card claims
  • Supplier Statement reconciliations
  • Month end tasks Skills required:
    • Purchase Ledger experience is essential
    • Highly proficient Excel skills
    • Excellent verbal and written and communication skills
    • Strong team player
