Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Glasgow to hire a Junior Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.

The company works with a wide range of clients from local SME businesses to large UK companies across many business sectors.

You will report directly to Senior Management and enjoy a competitive package. After training and development, some of your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with weekly and monthly reportingRevenue, profitability and timesheet reportingProcessing invoices on the sales and purchase ledgerCredit control and aged debt reportingProcessing expensesPetty cash monitoring and reconciliationCredit card monitoring and reconciliationUpdating monthly spreadsheets
