Our client require a dedicated Individual to work at Supported Accommodation with supporting adults (18 and over) with learning disabilities, autism and autistic spectrum disorders, complex needs, mental health issues and challenging behaviours in all aspects of their daily lives.
The Team Leader is responsible for leading a designated group of support workers to ensure that excellent services are delivered to each person supported by Symbiosis Care. This role is a supervisory role and a Team Leader is expected both to formally and informally (through the use of mentorship, role modelling etc.) supervise each Support Worker on a regular basis.
Your initial salary will be £25,000 per year and after a successful probation period of 6 months, it will increase to £26,000.
Essential Criteria for the role
Experience of working with people with Learning Difficulties/ Mental Health/Autism/ Complex Needs.Supervisory experience.QCF Level 3 or working towards.
