Reporting to the Head of Rent & Service Charges, this role will lead on accounting for and reporting of the group's income (excluding sales) including arrears and void loss.

This will require close working with the business to ensure consistent and accurate reporting of key metrics and driving underlying data quality.

The Income Finance Manager will provide confidence in Bromford's income, voids and arrears through accurate accounting and budgeting, insightful analysis of results and by being a proactive force behind resolving any charge related issues.

We are looking for a finance professional with strong knowledge and practice of business process management, finance operations reporting procedures and best practice internal control processes.

You will be accountable for providing accurate and timely financial reporting alongside the relevant business areas. Understanding the key drivers and translating them into clear, insightful reporting is a core part of the role.

We are looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 5 years senior accountancy experience.
Confident communicating to Executive and Board level colleagues across both finance and non-financial stakeholder groups
Experience of working with complex data sets and delivering data improvement projects

Experience of working to Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and familiar with the reporting against performance, supporting the implementation of remedial action as required.

Good systems experience, both of finance systems and operational systems
Practical experience of budgeting, management accounting and business partnering.
Professional qualification in finance (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

This is a permanent, full-time vacancy that can be based from any of our offices in Tewkesbury, Wolverhampton or Chipping Sodbury.
