EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Our Finance team are on the look out for their next Capital Income Advisor (12-month fixed term contract). This role forms part of the Capital Income Team within Developer Services Finance. It is responsible for ensuring the delivery of an effective and professional credit control, ensuring all its stakeholders are invoiced for their application fees and cash is correctly allocated.

Based at our Severn Trent Centre in Coventry and as a member of the Developer Services Finance Team you'll be responsible for managing a ledger to ensure correct allocation of application, down payment, plot connection and build over transaction fees. This will require you to take inbound and outbound calls for both payments and collections with regular customer and stakeholder contact. You'll work autonomously with the Developer Services Teams to maintain accurate and up to date customer details and account records, pro-actively anticipate and identify key accounts that will require special attention.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE

The successful candidate will require an experience of SAP ECC, Microsoft applications and ideally an experience working either in or with Developer Services or new connections. Experience of call handling and an awareness of general accounting and vat procedures.
