Our market leading client is looking for a skilled, dynamic and ambitious Assistant Sales Manager (with several years' experience) who is wanting to forge a career with a long-established Estate Agency in Banstead.

If you are searching for a fresh opportunity with a reputable brand that boasts an impressive client base and strong local presence, then this role could be ideal for you.

You should already be employed as an Estate Agency Senior Sales Negotiator, with a minimum of 2 years' experience, as you will be required to hit the ground running. Possessing a commendable track record in both property sales and business generation is essential.

Familiarity with the local area would be advantageous. You must be energetic, proactive, adept on the phone, and excel in interpersonal skills.
