Are you an HR Business Partner with the ambition to build a legacy within your HR career who thrives in an environment of change? I am pleased to say I am collaborating with a dynamic SME Insurance client as they search for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team through an exciting period of development and substantial growth.

In this newly created role that has its own progression path for the taking, you will be working in tandem with both back and front office client groups to look at the having a set at the table whilst working with both management and HR leadership to be a part of defining all things on an employee journey.

A truly generalist leadership position where you will be the conduit between your senior stakeholders in your client group (C-suite) and the specialists across ER, L&D, and Reward.

A strong candidate fit for this role will come with previous experience and be able to demonstrate their knack for influencing stakeholders and having the gravitas to operate at a high level within a well-stocked HR function.

You will be an HR Business Partner who is used to working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings a new challenge and is always looking for the next area of improvement for the employees your role impacts.

You will have experience in leading organisational change and been a part of M&A projects from your previous tenures.

As this business is in a place of growth and acquisition, you will be involved in the strategy behind the reorganisation of the business so some prior knowledge of designing and developing organisational structures will be advantageous.

Development is at the core of this role; working in conjunction with the employee base to identify areas for talent development in all levels of seniority.
