Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add to their team with an Accounts Assistant who can support them with Bookkeeping and Accounts preparation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get experience within an Accountancy Practice where you will get exposure to all aspect of Accounts, Bookkeeping and Tax.


Duties will include:
Data entry, Invoices & management of Suppliers billing/invoice
Bank & Credit Card reconciliations

Monitoring customer accounts:
debt management & credit control
Prepare Year End Accounts / Quarterly VAT returns
Assist in the production of monthly accounts and reports including fixed assets register, aged creditors, balance sheet, P&L
Regular use of Xero, Sage and QuickBooks software

You may be working as a Bookkeeper for an Accountancy Practice and feel ready to take on more Accounts preparation work, or you may be working in Accounts but want to make a move into Practice to gain broader experience.

What is important is that you can demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong team spirit and a desire to learn and develop.
