The Role –

The Allocations Team provide a generic front line customer support service dealing with customers in a responsive, sensitive and professional manner ensuring that the best possible service is provided at all times. Assess and Verify new housing/transfer applications to ensure they are in line with Gravesham's Allocations Scheme, maintain the housing register and advertise and shortlist all social homes.
