Key Responsibilities:

Responding to Inquiries:
Manage incoming calls and emails from clients, documenting new service requests.

Coordinating Service Appointments:
Communicate with service technicians to allocate the right resources for each task and schedule appointments accordingly.

Information Management:
Accurately input all relevant data into our internal systems and ensure proper documentation is issued.

Processing Payments:
Handle transactions for services rendered and collaborate with the finance department for client accounts.

Addressing Client Concerns:
Manage any questions or issues related to service projects, including cancellations and rescheduling.

Administrative Duties:
Maintain precise digital and physical records of completed tasks and ensure filing systems are current.
