Our clients and industry bodies are becoming increasingly upskilled in fire safety systems, compliance and regulation and as a result are now engaging more heavily with businesses such as CLM to ensure compliance. The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to oversee our Fire Doors Division in the Midlands. As the Contracts Manager, you will manage contracts, ensure project delivery, financial monitoring alongside our Commercial team and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
This role is pivotal in driving our mission to provide safe, reliable fire door solutions to our clients, ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality compliance is maintained. It is highly important that CLM's procedures & objectives are achieved to provide safe, compliant and reliable fire doors solutions to our clients. Reporting into the Fire Door Operations Manager, the Contracts Manager will have oversight of onsite Supervisors ad Operatives.
About YouThe ideal candidate will have:Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the fire safety industry
Strong knowledge of fire doors regulations and standards
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously; capable of planning, prioritising, meeting deadlines, troubleshooting and evaluating efforts in an ongoing manner
Enthusiasm for and experience in cultivating lasting relationships
