Contract Manager - Commercial Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing key contracts based in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee a team of engineers on each contract.
  • Ensure client satisfaction levels are consistently high, leading to contract development.
  • Ensure contractual levels are met and maintained, with a deep understanding of the contract demonstrated in internal monthly review meetings.
  • Ensure contractually agreed KPIs/SLAs are met.
  • Attend strategic contractual/operational meetings with clients on a weekly basis, or as required.
  • Ensure successful completion of all reactive and PPM works orders, meeting KPIs and SLAs as necessary.
  • Provide leadership and management to the site team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Recognised apprenticeship and fully electrically or qualified to recognised level (e.g. C&G, HNC/HND).
  • Proven experience and involvement in managing mobile businesses.
  • Experience of managing soft services.
  • A strong and committed team player capable of prioritising and solving problems often under pressure, utilising innovative solutions.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
