Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead our Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning Contract team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff, sub-contractors, and an Assistant Contract Manager to ensure the highest standards are met and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of staff, sub-contractors, and an Assistant Contract Manager to deliver high cleaning and facilities standards.
- Lead and motivate large teams to achieve their full potential.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the contract.
- Manage budgets, performance, and health and safety to ensure the contract is delivered within budget and to the required standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
