We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing key contracts based in the Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee a team of engineers on each contract.
- Ensure client satisfaction levels are consistently high, leading to contract development.
- Ensure contractual levels are met and maintained, with a deep understanding of the contract demonstrated in internal monthly review meetings.
- Meet contractually agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Attend strategic meetings with clients on a weekly basis, or as required.
- Ensure successful completion of all reactive and PPM works orders, meeting KPIs and SLAs as necessary.
- Provide leadership and management to the site team as needed.
- Recognised apprenticeship and fully electrically or qualified to recognised level (e.g. C&G, HNC/HND).
- Proven experience in managing mobile businesses.
- Experience in managing soft services.
- A strong team player capable of prioritising and solving problems under pressure, utilising innovative solutions.
- Strong people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
