Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Social Worker to work with Children and Families. You must have relevant experience and be SWE registered.
This is a hands-on role, where you will have a smaller caseload, working with children and families with a complexity of needs (including undertaking in-depth assessments) and where, through supervision and mentoring, you will share your knowledge and experience with colleagues and students to continually improve practice standards within your team.
You will champion high standards of professional social work practice, by encouraging and supporting opportunities for reflection and learning and delivering on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to unqualified/alternatively qualified staff, students, and less experienced social workers.
2-3 days per week in the office / Hybrid working when not in the office
