What you'll be doing:

Essential:

Experienced professional with extensive knowledge of Business continuity Management (tools, techniques, practices)Knowledge and understanding of legislation, regulation and guidance in the field of Business Continuity, LC/AC11 Emergency Arrangements, REPPIR 2019Proven track record of Risk and Incident Management processesAbility to effectively communicate the Business Continuity Management structure to the Senior Management Committee & other Business Unit leadership teamsExperience in leading a team of skilled professionals Desirable: Member or Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute (or equivalent evidence of working experience)Extensive experience in implementing crisis management and Business Continuity Management programmes and understanding operational resilienceBenefits:

The Delivery Schedule of Training to the Tactical Response Team:

The primary goal is to manage the development of Business Continuity Management arrangements in accordance with the business continuity management life cycle, policy and legislation, and encourage the ownership of plans and arrangements at appropriate departmental levels in accordance with organisational requirements and guidelines. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholder from Tactical Command Advisors (Communications, Engineering, Operations, Health & Safety) to Local Authority. This is a good platform in the industry as you will be supporting programmes of a significant importance to the countries national security. We offer relocation support across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
