About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our fitness team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of fitness professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent customer service and results-driven performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the fitness industry
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to develop and implement business strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
