A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT MANAGER AT THE ALAN HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Reception manager you can expect your working day to include the following.
Running end of day reports to ensure smooth operational running for all departments
Completing excel spreadsheets to report crucial business information

To succeed in the role of Nights Manager, you will need the following qualities and skills.
A passion to provide excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High quality phone ettiquete
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.
Knowledge of Opera Cloud or previous Opera versions is prefered but not necessary.
General bar knowledge, barista experience and basic cocktail experience is welcome.
Any relevant qualifications are welcome but not necessary
