The RoleA unique opportunity to be part of a new Regeneration team and lead the delivery of major regeneration projects in Wyre Forest supported by £45 million of council and external grant funding. The funding has been secured recently from the Future High Streets Fund and the Levelling Up Fund and will support the delivery of major capital projects in Kidderminster. The team will also lead the development of a major feasibility study for a new project pipeline on several major development sites. The gross development value of the current and new project pipeline exceeds £100 million.
