The Assistant Manager will work closely with a large team, supporting the Manager and helping drive the practice towards meeting targets in customer service and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Confidently dispense to all levels

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of optics experience in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager role
  • Previous team management experience
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
